This combination of essences may give support when confidence is lacking. Helps boost qualities such as courage, determination and self-esteem.

Dosage of Jan de Vries Confidence Essence:

• Adults: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required.
• Children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
• Children 7 -14 years): 4 drops in alittle water 3 times daily.

This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
