What is AvenaCalm Avena sativa drops?
AvenaCalm Avena sativa oral drops is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with mild stress such as mild anxiety and to aid sleep, based on traditional use only.
Dosage of AvenaCalm Avena sativa drops:
To relieve symptoms of mild stress and anxiety:
Adults and the elderly (18 years and over): 25 to 30 drops twice daily
To aid sleep: Adults and the elderly (18 years and over): 30 drops in a little water half an hour before bedtime.
Do not take more than 90 drops over a period of 24 hours.
